Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ie tag remains intact (untampered), no damage to exterior or interior of the product.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if you have received the incorrect/wrong order. eg if you ordered a pink bag and received a blue one.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If we do not receive your item you will not be eligible for an exchange therefore, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
